The working principle of Disposable folding non woven face tissue making equipment is as follows: simultaneous unwinding of two rolls - embossing - cutting - adsorption - helical knife roll shearing - mutual buckle folding - left and right swing counting - finished product output.The equipment adopts automatic feeding device, pneumatic control, saving time and labor.The device is a rectangular tissue paper which is cut by spiral knife roller and folded into chain by mutual button. The device adopts vacuum adsorption automatic cutting counting function, which has the advantages of high speed, neat folding and simple operation.The equipment adopts PLC programming control system, computer touch screen display, frequency conversion and joint control.

Main Features:

1.Folding type: V type folding,paper in upper and lower position are jointed and folded with auto counting unit and output in stack, folding with vacuum adsorption.
2.Paper is conducted by spiral cutting by sections with convenient adjustment in cutting tool.
3.Slitting width can be adjustable while products are in trim.
4.Unwinding of jumbo roll is pushed an fed by the flat belt ,equipped with step-less speed regulator to adjust tension of unwinding.
